Levels 30-50, you will likely want to subscribe (covered below) or buy a quest-pack or two from the in-game store with Lotro Points, which can be earned in-game by completing Deeds (although most of us prefer to spend a little $$ & skip the grind). The first 4 zones (Ered Luin, The Shire, Bree-land, & The Lone-lands) are completely free. Your leveling journey is organized by Zone.
